Fazit: Für die Schwierigkeiten beim Download der Bücher war wohl vor allem der Mobilfunkprovider Sprint verantwortlich. Allerdings ist es natürlich auch eine bewusste Design-Entscheidung der Verantwortlichen gewesen, beispielsweise auf eine WiFi-Option zu verzichten.

Wenn Amazon Pech hat, löst Jarvis damit ein PR-Deseaster wie vor Jahren bei Dell aus, als eine Serie von Blog-Einträgen (“Dell sucks”) über einen fehlerhaften Laptop und die behäbige Reaktion des Kundenservices von Dell den texanischen PC-Bauer in ernsthafte Schwierigkeiten brachte.

Kindle typography needs work. H&J (hyphenation & justification) wonky. Rag-right would be cleaner, neater, more readable.

My problems with Kindle now appear to be more Sprint. It took 4 hours to get one book last night (even walking outside). Today, it’s quick.
